What we collect

When you request your free diagnostic, we collect what you type in the form: your name, business name, business email, website or social media link, industry, growth challenge, 90-day goal and any comments.

When you book a call, the booking service collects your name, email and the time you choose.

When you browse the site, we record basic visit information, such as the pages you view, the buttons you click, the link that brought you here and your browser type. We use it to understand which parts of the site help visitors and which do not.

Why we use it

To prepare and deliver your free diagnostic, to contact you about it and to improve our website. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your consent

By sending the form, you agree that we may contact you about your diagnostic. We only send other commercial emails if you agree to receive them, and every email includes a simple way to stop receiving them.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to connect@novaechogroup.com.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored in our customer database and our email account, and the booking service keeps your appointment details. These providers may store information on servers outside Canada. We only share it with them so they can provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while it is useful for the purposes above. If you ask us to delete it, we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to connect@novaechogroup.com and we will reply within 30 days.
